Article 5｡｡Responsibility for Managing ID and Password
(1) Registered Users shall strictly manage their ID etc. under their own responsibility and shall not transfer or lend them to any third party.

Article 7｡｡Prohibited Conduct
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Site or the Service:

  9. Sending or posting documents, images, or other materials that violate public order and morals.
  10. Any act that leads to criminal activity such as fraud.

  12. Violating any laws or public order and morals.
  13. Any act that interferes with the operation of the Site or the Service, or damages the credibility of the Company or the Site.

Article 8｡｡Forced Withdrawal
If a Registered User commits any prohibited act in Article 7, the Company may delete the User Registration without any prior notice or warning.

Article 16｡｡Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising between the Company and Users in relation to these Terms, the Site, or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.


To comply with applicable regulatory requirements for different customer groups, these Terms may be subject to different governing laws. UK-based customers are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, while customers in the APAC region are governed by the laws of Japan.
